Class Sequencing: Designing a logical flow of asanas (physical postures) that safely warms up the body, builds toward a peak pose, and cools down effectively. Breath Guidance: Teaching pranayama (breath control techniques) to help students sync their movements with their breath, which lowers stress and increases focus. Anatomical Alignment & Safety: Offering precise verbal cues and physical adjustments to ensure students perform poses safely, preventing injuries and adapting to different body types.
Inclusivity & Modifications: Providing alternative options or using props (like blocks, straps, and blankets) so that beginners, pregnant students, or those with injuries can participate fully. Setting the Ambience: Cultivating a calming environment through vocal tone, intentional lighting, background music, or periods of silence.
